Ballykeefe Single Malt Irish Whiskey is a 700ml bottle of triple-distilled, single estate whiskey produced at Ballykeefe Distillery in County Kilkenny, Ireland. The distillery, established in 2016 on a working family farm, revives a century-old tradition of farm distilling — a practice documented as far back as 1324 in the Red Book of Ossory, making this region one of the earliest recorded distilling areas in Ireland.

Every grain used is sown, grown, harvested, milled, and distilled entirely on the family farm, making it a true "field to glass" Single Estate whiskey. The spirit is triple distilled in Italian handcrafted copper pot stills from 100% malted barley. Each bottle comes from a single Kentucky bourbon oak cask with no blending, no additives, natural colour, natural flavour, and is non-chill filtered, bottled at 46% ABV.

The whiskey delivers notes of toasted oak, apple tart, and custard on the nose, with fruity flavours of liquorice, marzipan, and warm spices leading to a lingering finish. It was awarded Master at the Irish Whiskey Masters 2023. Ballykeefe Distillery has also received multiple sustainability awards for its eco-friendly practices and zero off-farm waste initiative.
