Azelia Barolo DOCG is a distinguished Italian red wine from the fifth-generation Scavino family estate in Piedmont's Langhe region. This Barolo is crafted from 100% Nebbiolo grapes harvested from seven single vineyard parcels, with 30% of the fruit sourced from Castiglione Falletto and the remainder from Serralunga d'Alba. The vines average 45 years of age and are grown organically on white calcareous soils tending to clay at elevations between 250 and 370 meters.

The wine undergoes a 20-day fermentation at 30 degrees Celsius followed by 24 months of aging in large oak casks. It is unfiltered and unclarified, preserving its natural character. On the palate, the wine presents bright cherry fruit with remarkable clarity, fine chalky tannin, and a mid-weight structure with immediate appeal. Aromatic notes include orange peel, cinnamon, rose water, herbs, sweet red berries, and mint. Annual production is approximately 29,400 bottles.
