Protos Crianza is a premium Spanish red wine from the prestigious Ribera del Duero region, crafted from 100% Tempranillo grapes. This wine displays a deep cherry red color with garnet edges, offering an elegant and expressive aromatic profile of red fruits, minerals, coconut, wood, and subtle spice notes.

Aged 12 months in a carefully selected combination of French and American oak barrels (33% new French barrels, 34% one-year-old French and American barrels, 33% two-year-old French and American oak barrels), followed by an additional 12 months of bottle aging. This aging process imparts layers of ripe blackberries, plums, and hints of vanilla and spice.

On the palate, the wine is powerful yet refined, delivering intense fruit flavors with toasted notes, balanced acidity, and a long, slightly smoky finish. Best served at 15-18°C (59-64°F). Pairs exceptionally well with Manchego cheese, Iberico ham, lamb, grilled meats, and pasta in red sauce. Alcohol by volume: 14%.
