Whole Wild Lobsterette (Nephrops norvegicus), also commonly known as langoustine, Norway lobster, Dublin Bay prawn, or scampi, is a slender, coral-colored crustacean prized across Europe and increasingly popular in North American markets. Sold whole and shell-on by the pound, these wild-caught specimens are sourced from the North Atlantic or Mediterranean, where they are harvested from the ocean floor.

Lobsterettes have a sweet, delicate flavor profile closely resembling true lobster, with a tender texture that falls between shrimp and lobster. The edible meat is concentrated in the tail and claws.
