Rana Organic Ricotta, Honey & Chili Ravioli, 2 x 16 oz

Giovanni Rana Organic Ricotta, Honey & Chili Ravioli is a fresh pasta filled with a blend of organic ricotta cheese, organic honey, and organic cayenne pepper, encased in organic durum wheat egg pasta. Each package contains two 16-ounce portions for a total of 32 ounces, with about 9 servings per container. The product is certified organic by QAI, made with non-GMO ingredients, and contains no preservatives.

To prepare, boil the ravioli in 6 quarts of gently boiling salted water for about 4 minutes, then drain without separating the pasta beforehand, as it naturally separates during cooking. It is recommended to toss the cooked ravioli in melted butter or extra virgin olive oil and top with Parmigiano Reggiano. The product should be kept refrigerated, used or frozen by the date on the package, used within 3 days of opening, and may be frozen for up to one month.
