The package contains 168 total caplets: 112 daytime non-drowsy caplets and 56 nighttime caplets. The Cool Blast formula helps relieve multiple symptoms including headache, fever, sore throat, body aches, nasal congestion, chest congestion, and cough.

The daytime caplets contain acetaminophen 325mg (pain reliever/fever reducer), dextromethorphan HBr 10mg (cough suppressant), guaifenesin (expectorant), and phenylephrine HCl (nasal decongestant).
