The wine is sourced from Clos Pepe, Our Lady of Guadalupe, and La Encantada vineyards — sites set along a coastal corridor that channels Pacific Ocean fog and consistent cooling breezes, resulting in grapes of exceptional concentration and character.

The wine is aged 10 months in 35% new French oak barrels, integrating structure and spice without overshadowing the fruit. On the nose, it bursts with vibrant aromas of sweet cherry, dark raspberry, and black cherry compote, layered with subtle herbal, loamy, and baking spice notes. On the palate, silky fine-grained tannins frame flavors of plum, cranberry, cola, dark fruit, and mineral with a richly textured, spicy finish.
