This bourbon is crafted with a mash bill of approximately 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, aged five years in charred American oak barrels and bottled non-chill filtered to preserve its full, natural flavor. The nose opens with inviting aromas of caramel, vanilla, and ripe orchard fruit with hints of sweet citrus. On the palate, it is bold and well-balanced, delivering flavors of honey, toasted oak, caramel, leather, and baking spices with subtle dried fruit undertones.
