Old Elk Port Cask Finish is a limited-release straight bourbon whiskey crafted at Old Elk Distillery in Fort Collins, Colorado. Built on the distillery's signature High-Malt bourbon mashbill—51% corn, 34% malted barley, and 15% rye—the whiskey is aged a minimum of five years before receiving a secondary finish of 10 months to one year in 59-gallon Portuguese oak port casks.

The port cask finishing imparts deep, rich, ripe fruit character alongside aromas of oak and sweet honey, with smoke on the finish. This expression earned a spot on Whisky Advocate's Top 20 Most Exciting Whiskeys of 2023 with a 94-point score, and received a Gold Medal and 92 points from the Beverage Tasting Institute in 2021. The whiskey is bottled at 54.05% ABV (108.1 proof) in a 750ml bottle as a limited national release.
