Castello Double Cream Truffle is a soft-ripened double cream brie crafted in Denmark from fresh pasteurized cow's milk and cream. Real shaved black truffle — sourced from Italy and harvested in summer — is expertly blended throughout the cheese, delivering a subtle, earthy, aromatic character perfectly balanced by rich, buttery, milky flavors. Each round is produced in large open vats using traditional cheesemaking methods, with cultures added by hand and every batch inspected by the cheesemaker before packaging.

The cheese has a velvety soft, lusciously creamy texture and a very thin, delicate edible rind. It is mild in intensity — rated 2 out of 6 — making it approachable for a wide range of palates while still offering a sophisticated, multi-layered truffle experience. The 10.6 oz package contains approximately 12 portions (SL49 portioned format), making it an ideal centerpiece for entertaining.
