Bibi Graetz Testamatta Colore is a prestigious IGT Toscana Rosso red wine crafted by the celebrated Florentine winemaker Bibi Graetz. Colore represents the highest expression of Bibi Graetz's vision, sourced from very old Sangiovese vineyards in the Lamole, Vincigliata, Olmo, and Siena growing areas of Tuscany. The wine is made with 100% Sangiovese from vines over 70 years old, planted in poor soils of galestro (a crumbly limestone-rich rock) and clay at high altitude, conditions that concentrate flavor and express the ancient character of the Tuscan landscape.

Production follows an artisanal approach: grapes undergo natural fermentation in open barriques with six to eight manual punch-downs per day to gently extract color and tannin, followed by 20 months of barrel aging. The result is a wine of remarkable depth, complexity, and elegance. "Testamatta" — meaning "crazy-head" in Italian — is the nickname of Bibi Graetz himself, reflecting his unconventional, passionate approach to winemaking that has made him one of Italy's most acclaimed boutique producers.
