The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is an action-adventure game for Nintendo Switch, developed and published by Nintendo. As the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, players control Link as he explores the vast landscapes of Hyrule along with mysterious floating sky islands and an expansive underground area known as the Depths.

The game introduces powerful new abilities including Ultrahand, which lets players grab, move, and attach objects together, and Fuse, which allows combining items to craft creative weapons and tools. Players decide their own path through the open world with support for free roaming, motion controls, puzzle-solving elements, survival mechanics, and voiced characters. Supported play modes include TV, tabletop, and handheld.
