Montenidoli "Sono Montenidoli" Toscana Rosso IGT is a dry red wine from the renowned Montenidoli estate in Tuscany, Italy, overlooking the medieval town of San Gimignano with views toward Chianti Classico. The name "Sono" — meaning "I am" in Italian — reflects the wine's expression of its terroir and identity.

Crafted from 100% old-vine Sangiovese, the grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with extended maceration on the skins, then matured for two to three years in French oak barrels. The result is a wine of elegance and structure, with silky texture balanced by refined tannins and vibrant acidity. Aromas and flavors of ripe black cherry, blackberry, dried plum, Mediterranean herbs, balsamic, leather, and pipe tobacco give way to a finish of remarkable length and purity.

The estate is led by Elisabetta Fagiuoli, a pioneering figure in organic winemaking with over 50 vintages at Montenidoli. The property encompasses more than 200 hectares, with only 24 hectares planted to vine, surrounded by a rich natural ecosystem. Pairs beautifully with Florentine steak, hearty pasta dishes, and aged cheeses.
