Koyle Costa La Flor Sauvignon Blanc is a 100% organic white wine from the coastal vineyards of Aconcagua, Chile, crafted by KOYLE Family Vineyards. Grown on yellow granite slopes with clay soil near the Pacific coast, the grapes benefit from sea influence and mineral-rich coastal soils that define the wine's character.

Fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and aged on the lees for 3 to 4 months before bottling, this wine is certified organic by Ecocert S.A. and is also vegan. It carries 12.5% alcohol by volume with just 1 g/l residual sugar, making it bone dry.

Aromas include lime zest, white grapefruit, nettles, passion fruit, and fresh pineapple, with hints of freesia, honeysuckle, and sea breeze salinity on the palate. The wine is medium-bodied with bright, effervescent acidity and a crisp, saline finish. Serve chilled between 45°F and 50°F. Pairs well with lobster, crab cakes, poached fish, and salty cheeses such as pecorino romano and manchego. The wine has received scores of 91–92 points from Robert Parker Wine Advocate across multiple vintages.
