Bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV), this wheated expression uses a mash bill of 70% Kentucky-grown corn, 21% wheat, and 9% malted barley, with wheat replacing the more traditional rye grain to deliver a softer, rounder character.

On the nose, this bourbon opens with beautiful peach and caramel aromas accompanied by apricot and cinnamon. The palate follows with toffee, pastry, and hazelnut notes that lead to a honeyed, smooth, and well-balanced finish with a lingering richness.
