El Tequileño Platinum Blanco Tequila is crafted from 100% estate grown blue Weber agave from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. This premium blanco tequila is twice distilled in copper pot stills and rested in American oak barrels for a minimum of 14 days before bottling, creating a smooth and refined spirit at 40% ABV (80 proof).

The production process uses natural spring water, open-top fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and traditional roller mill extraction. El Tequileño Platinum is produced at NOM 1108 distillery in the Los Valles region of Jalisco. The tequila is 100% additive free and the brand is recognized as a leader in tequila sustainability.

Tasting notes reveal aromas of cooked agave, herbal nuances, delicate anise and black pepper. On the palate, expect slight spiciness with savory notes and a delicate, clean finish.
