This VS (Very Special) designation cognac is made from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes harvested in September and October, with eaux-de-vie sourced from five French wine-growing regions including Grand Champagne, Petite Champagne, Fins Bois, Bon Bois, and Bois Ordinaires.

The cognac undergoes double distillation in traditional copper pot stills and ages for a minimum of two years in French oak barrels. The spirit delivers a complex flavor profile with aromas of plum, Limousin oak, citrus, fig, baking spice, and tobacco. On the palate, it opens with sweet cinnamon and plum, developing into notes of vanilla, citrus, grape, and toasted oak. The finish is rich and layered, featuring white grape, orange, toasted French oak, cinnamon, pepper, vanilla, and orange zest.
