Highland Park Viking Heart 15 Year Old is a wonderfully rich and complex single malt Scotch whisky from the Highland Park Distillery in Kirkwall, Orkney, Scotland, where whisky has been crafted since 1798. Bottled at 44% ABV in a distinctive ceramic decanter inspired by earthenware vessels historically found at the distillery, this expression showcases the wild harmony of flavours that Orkney's unique environment produces.

The whisky opens with rich and spicy aromas of crème brûlée, heather honey, and crumbled cinnamon, followed by intensely fruity notes of fresh pineapple and sun-kissed lemon zest. A hint of freshly-baked sponge cake rounds out the nose, while citrus and vanilla notes linger in aromatic waves of peat smoke. Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion selected predominantly sherry-seasoned European oak casks for warm, spicy depth alongside sherry-seasoned American oak casks for sweet vanilla balance, with a few refill casks added to soften and smooth the flavour profile.

The ceramic decanter is crafted by Wade Ceramics, established in 1810 in Stoke-on-Trent, England, using sustainable manufacturing practices and locally sourced raw materials. The lead-free porcelain vessel is 100% food safe, glazed inside and out, and embossed with the lion and serpent motif found on Highland Park's glass bottles. The heart motif on the back inspired the name "Viking Heart." Sold in cases of 6 x 750ml.
