Bersano Gavi del Comune di Gavi DOCG is a refined Italian white wine from the prestigious Gavi appellation in the Alessandria province of Piedmont, northern Italy. Crafted exclusively from the Cortese grape, this wine earned DOCG status in 1998, the highest designation in Italian wine classification.

The wine displays a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose it offers refined floral notes alongside intense fruity scents of pineapple and peach. On the palate it is fresh, harmonious, and elegant with a delicate body and a persistent fruity finish. Alcohol content is 12.5% ABV.

Grapes are harvested by hand in late September from calcareous clay soils and gently pressed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures, preserving the wine's natural aromatics and freshness. The wine is best served chilled at 8–10°C and is ideal enjoyed young.

Pairs excellently as an aperitif and alongside appetizers, seafood, and light fish dishes. Each case contains 12 bottles of 750ml.
