Bernheim Original Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey is a historic spirit from Heaven Hill Distillery, recognized as the first new style of American Whiskey introduced since Prohibition. Named after the legendary Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky, this whiskey is crafted with a mash bill of 51% winter wheat, 39% corn, and 10% barley malt, then aged 7 years in traditional open rickhouses to develop its signature character.

This small-batch wheat whiskey is bottled at 90 proof and presents a bright amber color. On the nose, it offers mildly sweet aromas with hints of vanilla and honey. The palate reveals flavors of toffee, berries, and spice, leading to a finish of toasted oak that is elegant and warm. Its smooth, mellow character makes it ideal for sipping neat, on the rocks, or as the base of a classic cocktail.
