The wine is straw yellow with green highlights in appearance. It presents a fresh and expressive nose with primary aromas of green apple and pear along with dried nuts and fresh baked bread notes.

On the palate, notes of ripe fruit with expressive citrus character are accompanied by a hint of Mediterranean herbs. The wine is a blend of 33% Macabeo, 33% Xarel-lo, and 34% Parellada grapes sourced from organically farmed vineyards in the Cava region of Catalonia.
