The poi is sourced from Hawaiian Poi Co., a long-standing local partner, whose kalo (taro) is grown in Hawai'i. Baked fresh daily using artisan techniques under the direction of executive chef Rodney Weddle, this 20 oz sliced sourdough loaf is available at Costco locations in Hawai'i as well as select farmers markets and restaurants.
