Airfield Estates Sangiovese Rosé is a light-bodied Washington State rosé from the Yakima Valley AVA, produced by a fourth-generation family farm with roots dating back to a World War II Army Air Corps training base. The estate vineyard, established in 1968, spans over 800 acres in the foothills of the Rattlesnake Mountains.

The wine is made from 100% estate-grown Sangiovese grapes, whole-cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel at a cool 58°F to preserve aromatics. Lees stirring adds roundness to the palate. The result is a vegan-friendly rosé with a beautiful salmon color, aromas of red currant, fresh raspberry, candied cranberry, and watermelon juice, and flavors of strawberry preserve, star fruit, and Maraschino cherry with a bright, clean finish.

At 12.2% alcohol and 0.7% residual sugar, this wine is best served chilled and is approachable now through 2028.
