Château Quintus is a prestigious Saint-Émilion Grand Cru estate in Bordeaux, France, owned by Domaine Clarence Dillon — the same family behind the legendary Châteaux Haut-Brion and La Mission Haut-Brion. Named from the Latin for "five," Quintus represents the fifth Bordeaux property in the Clarence Dillon portfolio. Established in its current form in 2011, the estate has grown to 45 hectares on the southwest plateau of Saint-Émilion, with soils of clay and limestone that rise to elevations of 62 meters.

The vineyards are planted to approximately 67% Merlot and 33% Cabernet Franc, with vines averaging more than 30 years of age — some of the oldest approaching 100 years. Vinification takes place in a combination of wood and stainless steel tanks and large oak vats, with the wine aged in 35–40% new French oak barrels. It is presented in a distinctive bottle inspired by an ancient Haut-Brion design, featuring a raised seal embossed in the glass and sold in a special wooden case.

Château Quintus rewards cellaring, with the best vintages benefiting from at least 7–9 years of aging and reaching peak maturity between 9 and 30 years after the vintage. Young bottles should be decanted 1–2 hours before serving. Best served at 15.5°C (60°F) alongside classic meat dishes such as beef, lamb, duck, or game, as well as heartier fish courses, mushrooms, pasta, and cheese. Highly regarded vintages include 2022 (rated 96 pts), 2020 (96 pts), 2019 (95 pts), 2018 (95 pts), and 2016 (94 pts).
