This elegant French red wine is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot from one of the largest vineyard estates in Margaux, spanning approximately 120 hectares of prime gravel, clay, and limestone terroir.

The wine displays a rich, modern style with a deep ruby color and complex aromatic profile featuring black currants, cassis, black cherries, espresso, dark chocolate, licorice, smoke, and floral notes of violets and acacia flowers. On the palate, it is full-bodied, round, lush, and polished with velvety tannins, offering layers of ripe dark fruits, oak, tobacco, and cedar. The finish is long and concentrated with chocolate-covered berries, espresso, and subtle spice.

Château Lascombes is known for its opulent, fruit-forward character and distinctive oak influence from aging 18-20 months in French oak barrels. The wine benefits from 7-10 years of bottle age and reaches peak maturity between 10-25 years.
