Tornatore Pietrarizzo Etna Bianco is a white wine from Sicily's Mount Etna DOC appellation, produced by Azienda Agricola Tornatore. The winery was founded by Francesco Tornatore in 2012 on the northern slopes of Mount Etna in Castiglione di Sicilia, where his family has farmed the land since the 16th century.

The wine is composed of 97% Carricante and 3% Catarratto, two indigenous Sicilian white grape varieties. The vines are cultivated on volcanic soils in terraced vineyards at approximately 650 meters above sea level on the northern face of the volcano. These volcanic soils and high-altitude conditions contribute to the wine's distinctive mineral character and vibrant natural acidity.

On the nose, the wine offers floral aromas of spring blossoms and Spanish broom intertwined with summer orchard fruit and wet stone. The palate is elegantly structured and savory, with flavors of yellow apple, pear, and Meyer lemon leading to a salty, mineral-driven finish. Bright acidity keeps it fresh and well-balanced throughout.
