Named after Eric's parents, this wine is a blend of the finest fruit sourced from top vineyards across San Luis Obispo County, showcasing a philosophy of blending multiple varietals — much like the great wines of Châteauneuf-du-Pape — to create something greater than any single grape could offer.

The blend typically combines Chardonnay, Albariño, Viognier, and Pinot Grigio, presenting a medium gold color in the glass.
