La Sereine is a Chardonnay white wine produced by La Chablisienne, a cooperative winery founded in 1923 in the Chablis appellation of Burgundy, France. La Chablisienne represents nearly 25% of all Chablis production, drawing grapes from approximately 300 winegrowers across a mosaic of vineyard plots along the River Serein.

This wine expresses aromas of citrus, brioche, and vanilla, leading into a balanced, medium-bodied palate with notes of white peach, almond, lemon, and seashells. A characteristic mineral and lightly chalky quality runs through the finish, reflecting Chablis' distinctive Kimmeridgian limestone soils — an ancient clay-limestone formation containing fossilized oyster shells that imparts the region's signature structure and finesse. It earned a 90-point rating from James Suckling.
