La Monarca Bakery was founded in 2006 in Los Angeles by Ricardo Cervantes and Alfredo Livas, inspired by traditional Mexican pan dulce, artisan cookies, specialty beverages, and regional recipes. The bakery operates 12 retail café locations in the Los Angeles area and distributes products to over 1,000 retail locations across the United States. All products are made without preservatives, artificial colors, or artificial flavors.
