Verde is a casual yet upscale Italian trattoria owned and operated by husband and wife Edward Bosco and Marianne Kresevich. The restaurant specializes in authentic Neapolitan wood-fired pizza crafted using techniques dating back 150 years. Dough is fired at 850°F and cooks in just 90 seconds, producing the signature charred, airy crust characteristic of true Neapolitan pizza. All dough, mozzarella, and tomato sauce are made from scratch; meats and cheeses are imported from Italy, and produce is locally sourced.

The full menu features traditional and creative pizzas, calzones, homemade pasta, fresh salads, and housemade desserts. Verde also offers an award-winning cocktail program alongside domestic and imported wines and a selection of local and Italian craft beers. The restaurant seats up to 144 guests across multiple dining rooms, including private event spaces.
