The MIU Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Wok is a 13-inch professional-grade cooking vessel constructed with high-quality 18/8 stainless steel with no coating and does not contain PTFE or PFAS. The tri-ply clad construction features three layers of pure steel with a responsive aluminum core bonded between two layers of durable stainless steel, providing quick and even heat transfer for superior cooking performance. This versatile wok is ideal for deep frying, broiling, sautéing, braising, and stir fries.

The set includes a 13-inch tri-ply stainless steel wok (13" diameter, 5" height), a thick tempered glass lid cover (13" diameter, 4" height, 5mm thick), and a stainless steel wok turner. The wok features a stay-cool long handle and helper handle for safe and comfortable handling, with a total length of 23 inches including both handles. Both the wok and glass lid are oven safe up to 450°F and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
