Domaine de la Côte de Fasse Chablis is a dry white wine from the Chablis appellation in Burgundy, France. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, this wine is produced using traditional winemaking methods in stainless steel vats with aging on fine sediment for 6 to 12 months.

The wine presents a light color with a very fresh, lively, and mineral nose. It offers long and likeable persistence leading to a smooth and serene finish. Tasting notes include green apple, lime, green herbs, and subtle smoky undertones. It is best enjoyed between 2 and 5 years of age, served at 12 to 13 degrees Celsius.
