Miguel Torres Cordillera Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic Chilean red wine sourced from high-altitude vineyards in the Maipo Valley, at the foot of the Andes mountains. Produced by Miguel Torres Chile, founded in 1979 by the renowned Familia Torres of Spain, this wine helped pioneer modern winemaking in Chile through the introduction of stainless-steel fermentation tanks and French oak barrel aging.

The wine presents a deep, rich garnet color in the glass. On the nose, it offers a bouquet of ripe black cherries, cassis, and dark plums intertwined with hints of mint, vanilla, and subtle cedar. The palate is soft and ripe with a medium body, fine-grained tannins, and a smooth finish. Alcohol content is approximately 13.5%. The wine is matured in a combination of barrels and foudres to achieve balance and complexity. The 2020 vintage received 90 points from Robert Parker.
