Ceretto Blangé is a white wine crafted from the indigenous Arneis grape grown in Piedmont's Langhe and Roero regions of northwestern Italy. Produced by the Ceretto family winery — founded in 1930 and one of Piedmont's most celebrated estates — the Blangé became an icon of Italian white wine at the turn of the 1980s and 1990s and remains one of Italy's most widely exported whites.

The wine is harvested by hand, then undergoes a brief skin-maceration before cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks, a process that preserves the grape's vibrant primary aromas and characteristic minerality. A small amount of natural dissolved CO2 is retained at bottling, giving the wine a lively, refreshing spritz on opening. It presents a bright straw-yellow color with green highlights, an intense nose of minerality and graphite, white flowers, ripe pear, green apple, and tropical fruit, and a fresh, clean palate with balanced acidity that invites the next sip.

At 13% ABV, it is best served at 10–12°C (50–54°F). It pairs beautifully with shellfish, crab, lobster, fish dishes, risotto with vegetables, fresh herb preparations, light pasta, and savory appetizers.
