Maison Roche de Bellene Crémant de Bourgogne is a traditional-method sparkling wine from Burgundy, France, crafted by celebrated winemaker Nicolas Potel. Roche de Bellene is his négociant label, founded in 2009 with a philosophy centered on individual terroirs and old vines farmed with minimal intervention.
This Crémant is a blend of classic Burgundian varieties — Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Aligoté — sourced from vines averaging 25 years of age. Grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed using only the first press in a pneumatic press, preserving freshness and delicacy. The wine is produced using the traditional méthode champenoise, resulting in fine, persistent bubbles and a refined mousse.
The Cuvée Bellenos Brut offers aromas of ripe tropical and citrus fruits with floral hints and notes of buttered pastry. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with an elegant finish that makes it a versatile companion to appetizers, seafood, and light celebratory occasions. Each case contains 12 bottles of 750ml.
