Pago de Carraovejas is a celebrated estate from the Ribera del Duero appellation in Castilla y León, Spain. This red wine is crafted primarily from Tempranillo (Tinto Fino), blended with small amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, reflecting the honest character of the Carraovejas Valley with body, structure, and remarkable balance.

Vinification takes place in small French "Haute Futaie" oak casks using indigenous yeasts and fermenting bacteria sourced from the vineyard itself, preserving the authentic terroir character. The wine is then aged for approximately one year in French oak barrels, producing a seamlessly integrated result where the oak enhances rather than overwhelms.

On the nose, the wine opens with aromas of ripe blackberries, blueberries, cassis, violet, and hints of chocolate and vanilla.
