Tarrawatta Ambervale Cabernet Sauvignon is a single-vineyard red wine from the northern Eden Valley in South Australia's Barossa region. The fruit is sourced entirely from the estate Ambervale vineyard, which was first planted in the mid-1800s and features mostly dry-grown vines dating from 1968.

This medium to full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon showcases classic varietal character with aromas of cassis, blackcurrant, mulberry, and blackberry, complemented by complex notes of cedarwood, tobacco, violets, and forest floor. The palate delivers pure, concentrated fruit with ripe, elegant tannins and balanced acidity, leading to a long, refined finish. The 2018 vintage received 94 points from critic Jeb Dunnuck.
