This permanent addition to the Single Barrel Collection showcases whiskey from specially selected barrels aged at the highest reaches of barrelhouses, producing deeper colors and more complex flavors.

The whiskey is crafted from a distinctive mash bill of 70% rye, 18% corn, and 12% malted barley, then charcoal mellowed through sugar maple before aging in new, handmade American white oak barrels using the Lincoln County Process. Each bottle is unique, with proof ranging between 125 and 145 proof (62.5-72.5% ABV), and features hand-written barrel house location, barrel number, and bottling date on the label.

Tasting notes reveal a complex aroma of rich caramel, toasted oak, and subtle fruit with circus peanut candy character. The palate offers intense sweetness balanced with bold rye spice, featuring notes of cinnamon, spearmint, caramel, and cedar. The finish is medium length and warming, with lingering cinnamon, oak, banana, and caramel notes with a peppery rye finish. A few drops of water can tame the heat while preserving the sweetness and complexity.
