The blend is composed of approximately 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Malbec, and 6% Merlot, aged for 8 months in 25% new French oak barrels with natural malolactic fermentation. Production begins with 100% destemming and a 3-day cold soak before high-temperature fermentation with twice-daily pumpovers.

The wine is deep purple-ruby in color with aromas of baked plum pie, dried black currant, lavender, violets, cedar, and anise. On the palate it offers plush, fine tannins with a velvety texture, delivering flavors of plum, dark cherry, berries, vanilla, and graham cracker with a smooth, dry finish. The wine is approachable and mouthfilling without being heavy.
