Barón de Ley Semi Dulce is a semi-sweet white wine from the Rioja DOCa appellation in Spain, crafted by Barón de Ley, a single-estate winery founded in 1985 in Rioja Baja. The grapes are sourced exclusively from Finca Carbonera, one of the estate's highest-altitude vineyards situated at 700–1,000 meters above sea level in Mendavia, on the east bank of the river Ebro.

This wine presents a bright straw yellow color with golden edges. On the nose, it delivers clean and complex aromas of passion fruit, mint, and hints of honey. The palate is fresh and well-balanced, with a harmonious interplay of acidity, alcohol, and residual sugar, finishing with a slight plummy feel.

It pairs beautifully with cured cheeses, foie gras, lemon-seasoned fish and chicken, and fruit-based desserts. Served chilled, it is an excellent choice for warm-weather sipping or as an aperitif.
