Conte Giangirolamo IGP Puglia is a premium Italian red wine produced by Tenute Girolamo in the Itria Valley of Puglia, Italy. This distinctive blend of 50% Primitivo and 50% Negroamaro grapes is grown at 450 meters above sea level on limestone mixed red soil, capturing the authentic character of the Apulian terroir. The 3-liter format offers exceptional value for entertaining or everyday enjoyment.

After a soft maceration and fermentation in stainless steel, the wine matures for 18 months in French oak barriques followed by 6 months of bottle aging. It presents an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, fruity aromas of cherry, blackberry, and blueberry mingle with elegant hints of spice, vanilla, and cocoa. The palate is dry, full-bodied, harmonious, and persistent with refined tannins that echo the rich bouquet. Alcohol content is 14.5% by volume.

This wine pairs beautifully with savory first courses, red meats, and aged cheeses. Best served at 18-20°C (64-68°F).
