Faustino Rivero Ulecia Rioja Crianza is a Spanish red wine from the prestigious Rioja DOCa region. This Crianza-level wine is made from a blend of Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes, crafted by a family winery with roots dating back to 1899. Five generations later, the same dedication to quality winemaking continues.

The wine presents a garnet-red color with clean, brilliant clarity. On the nose, it offers notes of barrel aging combined with pleasant fruitiness, featuring aromas of cassis, black raspberry, and black plum. The palate reveals flavors of freshly picked tobacco leaf, red cherries, cedar, and dried sage wrapped in silky-soft tannins with a bright splash of acidity in the finish. Tasting notes from users describe oaky characteristics with vanilla and chocolate undertones, along with blackberry, leather, and earthy notes.

This Crianza has earned multiple awards including a Silver medal from the Berlin Wine Trophy (2016 vintage) and a Silver medal from the Decanter World Wine Awards (2010 vintage). The 2017 vintage ranked among the top 4% of all wines in the Rioja region. With 13% alcohol content, it pairs excellently with beef, lamb, veal, poultry, mild cheeses, tapas, and pasta dishes.
