Pagos del Rey Condado de Oriza Reserva is a Tempranillo-based red wine from the DO Ribera del Duero appellation in Castile and León, Spain. The grapes are carefully selected from vineyards over 20 years old situated around Olmedillo de Roa in Burgos province. After a 5-day maceration, fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures between 26–28°C to maximize varietal expression.

The wine is aged for 24 months in French and American oak barrels, followed by an additional 12 months of bottle aging to complete its maturation cycle. It pours a deep ruby color with orange reflections and offers a complex bouquet of cherries, prunes, balsamic notes, mocha, toasted oak, caramel, smoke, and pepper. On the palate, powerful yet well-integrated tannins meet medium acidity, with herbal and leather undertones and a long, velvety finish. The wine earned Gran Oro at the 2023 Vinespaña competition, along with Gold medals at the 2023 Bacchus and 2023 Berliner Wein Trophy.

At 13.5% ABV, it is best served at 15–16°C; decanting or opening the bottle 30 minutes before serving is recommended. It pairs well with game meats, grilled beef, herb-seasoned lamb chops, and Castilian stews. Contains sulfites.
