Montinore Estate Pinot Gris is a white wine produced in Oregon's Willamette Valley from 100% estate-grown Pinot Gris grapes. The wine is crafted at Montinore Estate, one of the largest producers of certified estate wines made from Biodynamic grapes in the United States, with three Demeter Certified Biodynamic and CCOF Certified Organic vineyards spanning the Willamette Valley. The winery was established in 1982 and is committed to the highest standards of sustainable and ethical viticulture.

This Pinot Gris offers aromas of fresh-cut apple, tart pear, and citrus, with herbal and spicy notes. On the palate, it is light-bodied, refreshing, and crisp, with a good core of tree fruit and flavors of lemon, kumquat, and white nectarine. The finish is long and fresh. A portion of the blend is soaked on the skins to enhance depth and complexity.
