The product contains natural beta-glucans (soluble fiber from oats) and is naturally low in saturated fat. Oatly uses a unique enzymatic production process that liquefies the oats, creating a creamy texture without stabilizers, gums, or thickeners. The sugars present are naturally produced during this process with no added sweeteners.
