The cocktail is built on Tattersall's own Rye Whiskey, distilled from a mash bill of 85% rye and 15% malted rye using single-farm sourced Minnesota grains, aged a minimum of two years in Minnesota-coopered barrels. It is blended with sour cherry liqueur, house-made aromatic bitters, orange zest, and a touch of Demerara sugar for a perfectly balanced, full-flavored Old Fashioned.
