Icardi Montubert Barbaresco is a DOCG-classified red wine from the Piedmont region of Italy, crafted entirely from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Montubert vineyard. Produced by Azienda Agricola Icardi, a family-run winery in Castiglione Tinella led by siblings Claudio and Mariagrazia Icardi, this wine reflects a commitment to organic and biodynamic viticulture.

The wine undergoes light pressing followed by fermentation and maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks, then aged in wood to develop its characteristic depth. In the glass it displays an intense garnet red with the orange shades typical of Nebbiolo. The nose is complex and elegant with floral and violet aromas, while the palate is robust, dry, and pleasantly tannic — a hallmark of great Barbaresco. The 2021 vintage earned a score of 93/100 from James Suckling and 92/100 from Luca Maroni.

This wine pairs beautifully with red and braised meats, stews, and game including beef, lamb, venison, and deer. Each bottle contains 750ml with approximately 14.5% alcohol by volume.
