Glenkinchie 27 Year Old "The Floral Treasure" is a rare and distinguished single malt Scotch whisky from the Lowland region of Scotland, released as part of Diageo's 2023 Special Releases "Spirited Xchange" series. This historic bottling represents the oldest expression ever released directly from Glenkinchie Distillery, with the spirit carefully matured for 27 years in refill American and European oak barrels and butts before bottling at cask strength 58.3% ABV (117 proof).

The bottle's label design was created by artist Dong Qiu, whose work merges Chinese aesthetics and contemporary art with bold modern colors and classical auspicious motifs, drawing inspiration from the exquisite porcelain of China's great dynasties. On the nose, fresh citrus of orange and apple juice leads into delicate notes of flaked almonds and light vanilla, with lush meadow-grass aromas developing the floral theme that gives this expression its name. The palate is smooth and opulent, beginning lightly sweet before becoming elegantly drying, with a vibrant oaky spiciness that persists through the long, dry finish.
