Brendel Cooper's Reed Cabernet Sauvignon is a revolutionary Napa Valley wine that eschews traditional oak aging in favor of a pure fruit expression. Aged uniquely in reclaimed 60-year-old, 20,000-liter neutral oak casks, this wine allows the distinction of the grape to shine unabashedly. The grapes are 100% organically farmed using biodynamic techniques from pristine valley floor vineyards in Napa Valley.

The wine displays an opaque deep plum color with aromas of black cherry, black fruit, vanilla, licorice, violets, and notes of freshly tilled soil. On the palate, it evolves with each sip, offering beautiful fruit notes of cherry and blackberry along with chocolate mint and savory spices. The wine features firm but integrated tannins and a nice long finish. This pure expression of Cabernet Sauvignon unfolds gracefully, with a slightly reserved beginning leading to an exuberant end.
