Old Bardstown Bottled in Bond is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey that pays homage to the legacy of the American Thoroughbred racehorse. This specialty bottling features the original family mash bill with 72% corn, 13% rye, and 15% malted barley, fermented with Kentucky limestone water and matured in new American oak casks. The bourbon is bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) according to Bottled-in-Bond standards with a 125 barrel entry proof.

The whiskey offers tasting notes of sugary sweet maraschino cherries, fresh cinnamon, mint, graham cracker, and cracked pepper on the nose and palate.
